I’ve just recently come across a few new work at home opportunities from Support.com.

Director, Resource Planning and Development

  • Design processes used by Workforce Planning Analysts:

-Taking contact volume forecasts and developing shift schedules and resource plans
-Managing shift bid processes
-Utilizing WFM system for workforce optimization
-Maintain all schedules for all teams and scheduling groups
-Maintain accurate agent information and forecasts in WFM
-PTO request and processing
-Other processes as required

  • Perform intra-day analysis and formulate/execute course of action to resolve staffing/scheduling issues
  • Proactively work with service delivery director and managers to recommend efficiencies and affect change
  • Design protocols for use of WFM to determine accurate forecasts and scheduling needs
  • Participate in meetings with directors, executives and clients to determine and develop accurate planning and analysis
  • Identify recurring problems with WFM system, processes, policies or procedures and recommend solutions to those problems
  • Create and maintain process documentation
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all issues regarding operations forecasting, scheduling and WFM reporting
  • Continuously work toward optimizing methods for and application of resource application
  • Convert financial forecasts into incoming contact volume forecasts
  • Insure that all scheduling meets Service Level objectives for all programs
  • Design and generate ad hoc reporting from WFM system as needed
  • Perform statistical analysis or contact center data, including forecasting and historical trend analysis
  • Forecast staffing needs based on financial forecasts
  • Analyzes contact volume patterns and integrates volume forecasts into resource planning using automated WFM system
  • Perform variance analyses on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Design processes for and perform rate and mix analyses for each line of business
  • Design and develop models to be used in all contact center forecasting
  • Design and publish charts, graphs and reports for consumption by executive team and board of director presentations
  • Identify data analyses projects necessary in diagnosing contact center performance issues
  • Lead others in coordinating research projects
  • Drive identification of and specifications for data and reporting needed for workforce planning, forecasting and optimization
  • Work with Director of technology, data and reporting to prepare prioritization of reporting needs and requests for data sprint decision making
  • Works with finance department to establish regular reporting on COGS
  • Interface and collaborate with FP&A, IT, Biz Dev, Product Management and other departments on modeling scenarios for new programs, program growth and other modeling as needed.
  • Evaluate and analyze historical trends and recommends strategic and tactical operations plans
  • Provide insight and recommendations to senior contact center management relative to workforce/resource allocation
  • Provide input to financial planning and forecasting for annual and quarterly financial plans
  • Analyzes operations and ensures effective resource planning and utilization to meet service and financial objectives, including recommendations for enhancement to methodologies and systems

Personal Technology Expert

  • Perform analysis on customer’s PC and make product or service recommendations
  • Supply best in class support to direct consumers on all technology support needs
  • Use company provided tools to troubleshoot and solve customer technology problems
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction with focus on first call resolution
  • Identification and removal of Malware and Viruses

Remote Services Technician

  • Answer calls and greet customers
  • Review ticket in customer service tracking application
  • Determine scope of issue
  • Confirm customer agreement to conditions of service
  • Manage credit card processing if necessary
  • Follow through on warranty requests or open issues
  • Encourage completion of customer survey
  • Close the incident within recommended service times
  • Properly document all support calls
  • Adhere to quality standards set by company
  • Represent company in a professional and ethical manner
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction with focus on first call resolution
