They essentially pay you with the money of those that don’t keep up with their exercise regimen. You get to set how much you are charged for each missed session. Choose an amount that you are comfortable losing, but enough to force you to keep up.
You can wager up to $50.00 per missed session. For every day that you plan workout and actually make it, you will earn 40 cents. Sure that may not seem like a lot, but you’re gaining more than just money. You’re improving your health as well.
